gti 138 coolent Temp sensor

to the point. engine management light is flashing every few secs occasionaly, so stuck diagnostic tool on it, and dear god so many errors stored

rpm sensor
injector 1 poor signal
knock sesnor
coolent ciruite
ecu defect

amongst a few others lol

so! cleared the faults ( doesnt help the diag tool (snapon) is ip the swanny so gives funny readis so not sure how accuate it was) so used the other diag tool and it just came up with coolent circuite, now last time i saw this is was the green plug sensor that controlls the injectors !

so i looked on the net for the sensor but cant find 1 for the 2.0 gti only for 1.6 and smaller, any 1 know if its a different sesnro or what i neeed?

Euro car parts sell the green coolant sensor.


	2001 GTi 138, Bilstein Sprint dampers, H&R springs, 21mm Peugeot Sport torsion bars, 22mm rear ARB, Peugeot Sport Group A wishbones, 283mm discs, Goodridge stainless hoses, Maniflow 304 grade 4-2-1 2.5" manifold and system, 200 cell cat, Richard Longman head, 45mm Jenvey throttle bodies, 9.5mm TB spacers, 90mm air horns, Jenvey throttle linkage, Jenvey fuel rail, Aeromotive and Goodridge fuel fittings and braided hose, ITG sausage filter, Radtec custom radiator, Piper Ultimate Road cams, Piper vernier pulleys, Omex 600 ECU. This the right one guys? cgi.ebay.co.uk/206-Tem...1e6342088c Need to get one, as I just consumed nearly half a tank to do 100 miles :/ NO coolant temperature is showing at all.

That correct yes. I imagine all 206's will use the same coolant sensor.
