Will a passenger airbag and steering wheel airbag off a 2001 reg fit a 2005 reg

I have a funny feeling no as one with will be pahse 1 and the other phase 2. I know the steering wheel is different.

Prelex airbags bolt on.
Mutiplexed airbags clip on.
(Drivers side, I'm unsure of the passenger side fitment but I doubt it.

So whats my girlfriends car then is it a phase 2 preplex

1999-2001 is that phase 1 sorry for the questions. I'm just in the middle of emailing a guy as I think he's sent the wrong ones.

Phase has no relevence to electrics. 
Yours is Preplexed, you have been sent multiplexed. 
Phase is about the styling.

The airbags on mux 206's have two explosive settings depending on the severity of the impact. Whereas the non-plexed just explode at full pelt.
