i use 0w40
just because i can 
although im only on 29000 miles now

what you mean not in my tank?
course i use 0w40 in my engine 
it runs schweet with it in too a few people i know have it in there gti 180 and its better for the cold weather

Yeah I got recommended 5w40 by pug even on the 1.1 lol - It's got 10w40 in though
I also use the 4's - highly reccomend them plugs

Yep. Some will say iridium (NGK/Denso), and some will say Bosch Super 4s. Depends what you're looking for. I'd say go for it.

I would say bosch super 4 as people have had coilpack problems with ngk and other brands

ahhh right i see 
no that takes something called omd-90 an army issue oil and it takes a hell of a lot of it 
39 litres to be exact
