Any links dude, or pics?
I think i'd still go BMC because they have proven gains, it's down to application and filter technology no doubt but yar ^:)
If I had money to waste i'd
- Buy the K+N Typhoon kit, steal the pipe in blue
- Attach BMC CDA to the bottom
- Change filter inside to an ITG cone
- Set up a hardcore airfeed
250
150
70?
£470 on an induction kit lol! for minimal gains but i'm sure optimum in induction kit context lol

no idea about figures Pal but is it worth it on the 180 after coming from an ST few cars previous? |
Hmm I hate the look of using the old airbox looks like the person hasn't fitted the induction kit properly lol
But then again, it's much less of a faff to put the std bits back on lol

Thanks, it's pretty sweet it's in need of full correction though as there is etching in places and swirlage but the paint looks sweet with a good depth to it.
Suspension is standard so it's on stilts lol

iirc mate the car was never actually for sale, I posted up a wanted thread and Gary replied and offered me dibs if he were to sell and I took it:)
So you was the one who was trying to buy her around me lol!
Not that it will make you feel any better but it is in VVGC & i simply can't wait to set about it with my specialist detailing gear:P

Yes, I read your thread with nothing but pure jealousy and hatred. I remember him saying somewhere that he was thinking of selling so got in touch. If only you hadn't posted that bleeding topic up!!!
Never mind, I'll have it off you once you're done with it! Enjoy it.

I had been looking for ages, I had another lined up at the time but left it too long. And then I thought i'd lob a thread up and see whats around, it was one of the cheapest 180's for sale, and MUCH better condition and MUCH lower milleage, needless to say as soon as I arrived and the garage opened I knew it had been well loved:)
Sorry:P
I'll keep you in mind mate, but it won't be for some time yet lol

Reet well kinda an update, not so much on the progress of the car but here goes...
This weekend I stumbled across some empty spray can used for hair and they are very close to the actual colour of my 180 so I thought it would be rude not to, so I now have my Qd' in these;
Also, you may have noticed the frebreeze, it smells similar to Dodo Juice Red Mist so that's now a part of my detailing kit:)
