Apart from loss of power , mine still works and makes werid noise high revs but can hear another bad noise with it ?
Is it safe to drive and wot could it be ?
Im thinking a bearing .
Would it still be going fast if its going ?
It still pulls well though the same.

I checked if mine was running fine via a boost gauge make sure the boost was around what it should be.
You could also Check the pipes both sides to make sure there is no oil leaking out of the seals,

yeah fu*k it i aint got no choice cant afford new car or turbo, so have to carry on then. Thats wot i was thinking might go on for ages the same. Is it because got it chipped to 115 bhp if i take box off would that help or not you think ?? Too much power ?
Then saying that really high milliage and i have no proof of any new turbo ever and its 2000 w reg.
Thats the other thing though doesnt happen in 5th gear really just high revs or lower gears so going 70 on motorway probably wouldnt notice it much.
