I've just taken the plunge and got myself so morrete headlights for my 206, however I'm not happy with the rear lights and i cannot now afford new ones. (not a fan of most aftermarket styles anyway.
Are there any legal mods I can make to the rear lights to do them up a bit? suggestions? Pics?
Cheers

I had an idea but probably gonna get laughed at :S
Wanted some lexus rear lights, take the lense off, colour code them, and get some red LED strips a and run them in a square around the lights, and then put the lense back on. These would be used for the tail lights so would take the bulbs out of the normal tail lights. But not sure if it would be legal

Just buy some new rear lights, they're not that expensive and there are loads of different designs out there.

Depends on the lights, as some dont have built in reflectors/are on the body of the lexus lights
Pain in the a**e to do, and IMO dont really look that good anymore (colour coded that is)

I'd still leave the reflectors in. Other idea would be to take the lenses off. Then shrink wrap it in thick plastic so it doesn't need a lens but is still waterproof. Or rather than color code them use carbon fiber wrap. Lots of ideas floating around in my head lol

Some interesting ideas floating around but oven baking my lights to remove the lenses are out of the question. Main because of the "Pain in the A**e" issue lol.
And for a decent looking set of legal rears i'm looking at a least 160 without delivery. Unless there are others about i've missed?
