I have a 1.4 hdi and sometimes when I ease of the accelerator or drop it down a gear a squeak/fart noise comes from around under the glove box!? dont know what it is, is there anything I could squirt a lou bit of WD40 on to solve it, it seems to be getting more often recently too,
help appreciated.

I don't think it's coming from the glove box,but from the passenger seat, the springs make this noise when it's cold.

Does this only happen when there's a passenger? If so, tell them to stop farting.
