Hi,

Something up with my clutch...i was driving normally and suddenly the clutch goes down then came back up..but the clutch came 2 far back up...its like its stuck to my foot it comes up so high. Still goes into gear and drives, but im worried,

had the clutch done 2 or 3 weeks ago..

clutch cable was also done a few months back.

Any ideas?

Give them a chance, its only been an hour and a half. First thing I'd do if I wasn't mechanically minded is take it back to the place I had the clutch done.

Good point Quarmbo, Bashyy1 u better go back to the garage that changed your clutch. Normally they will give certain mileage warranty on cluth job.

For the cluth cable, it contain a self adjust mechanism. When u hear something like 'click' whenever u press down the pedal, u know that is time to change the cable. The only thing adjustable is the clucth peadal itself, there's a nut u can play with to adjust the height of the pedal.

Id tighten the nut on the pedal to make it go a bit lower, the cable will self adjust to it. So it will be fine if its still going into gear fine.

Yes i did this the morning after, so it doesn't come up so high but that didn't change anything...

Just wondered if its anything to worry about really..
