Well.. after about 6 months of having the most annoying squeak I've finally found it!
On the left hand side of the engine bay is an engine mount, gave it a little shake and it sounded terrible. Question now is, what sort of price am I talking for a new one fitted? Smile Although it doesn't look perished or anything, but you can't see the bottom part very well, is there maybe a Spray or something I can use to stop it squeaking.

Thanks Very Happy

I have the same problem as well! Only at low speeds though, when I hold the engine mount the rattling stops, not sure if it just needs a good nip, or if something is wearing away.

I could hear mine at low speeds, starting the car up in cold weather, on the way to santa pod for about 40 mins in traffic, when turning at anything below 20mph.
Sounded like it was coming from the door alot of the time, then changed and sounded like the dash, then sounded like the pedal area.

just replace it,and it will be fine, there is also 2 mounts come from each side to absorb the hard shake of the engine, one on left and one on right ,they are fixed above the engine mount you are talking about.

This has got to be whats wrong with mine.
It squeeks on acceleration and deceleration and over bumps.

Where did you get the mounts from?
How much were they and were they hard to fit?

- Sinature removed due to size.
Please feel free to upload one of the correct dimensions.
