on my last MOT i had this as advisory
Front brakes out of balance=20kg=10%.n/s/f brake leads.
need new brakes ?

If it was advised that you need new brakes then just get new brakes...

my dad took the car to do the mot and he doesnt speak english that good, so they might have said it, he just didnt understood .

To me it sounds as if one side of your car the brakes are wearing more than the other side since they mentioned it was n/s/f

Try some copper grease on the slidders and check if they are worn. This often causes them to wear unevenly.
Sounds like new discs and pads at the least thou.
