I replaced both hubs a month ago.
Shock maybe?

Could well be the exhaust...
I'd be shocked if I was the cage, especially as I don't have one.

it will be very hard to check the play in the arms when the torsion bar is connected

did you check if every bolts on the rear is tighten?
esp. the one on the ARB
