did you record the phone call? 
only use email to deal with ebay seller/ buyer as everything is written down

You are the righfull owner off tht car, you can say yo ebay u foned him and discused buying the car whole and you have a record off the call, any bidding forum or website is legit under law. People round here sell there cars for a pint as long as someone will do a auction so to speaj. It is the sellers fault. He also dosent state that if u bid you wont get the whole car
