hi there, just after some info and pics if poss, basically I have been directed here as some people on another forum have told me some of the varients of 206 have metal/alu gearknobs

I refurb and repolish them to near new condition, example pics for puma gearknobs i have done on other forums

Before

Same gearknob same position after

customised lettering colours

All i need to know off people is if the 206 gear knob is all one piece and if it has any plastic bits other other materials used.

Also if anyone would be interested in the service, cost would be around £10 inclusive

taking the gearknob off is a right pain - if you break the plastic inner bit then Peugeot only sell it on the gearlever, which isnt cheap.
I got a dig bick.
You that read wrong.
You read that wrong too.

ah wasnt sure on that, i remember my on megane coupoe was a pain in the a**e, ended up having to glue a new one back on

PS not sure exhaust cleaner would get rid of pitting and scratches there's more to it then that in my method lol, actually involves machining a layer of the surface off
