Im thinkin of puttin some rear headrest in but dont now how to get the cap out can anyone help

I'm thinking of doing the same,but I don't think this will be the only thing to do,I mean to pull off the plastic caps,I think we need to install the tube sliders which the headrest fits in,which mean to take off the iron cover which cover the back of the seats,and put the sliders there,not sure though.
