Hi All,

I have just bought a 1.6 Roland Garros (2000 model), my front under bumper grill is a bit munsoned and I don't have a clue whether I should be looking at replacement grills for a sports bumper or a standard one, anyone know?

there's standard phase 1 grill which is just equally space horizontal slat type things or there's the honeycomb phase 2 ones, or then there's mesh grilles like the SP ones etc Smile

In my opinion the best grill for non sports has to be the honeycomb style pug one. Can get them pretty cheap off eBay.

I found a phase 2 honeycomb mesh one for sale on ebay that looks like it will fit my standard bumper but all the nice chrome shiny mesh ones seem to be for sports bumpers. The phase 2 is still an improvement, as my current grill is a mushed up phase one. Does anyone make decent stainless mesh grills for the standard non sports bumper?

yea a company called Zunsport sell stainless grills. But tbh they are hard to find in non sport so you may be best buying new. But ontop of that is it again better value to buy all 3 stainless grills (bonnet, upper&lower) in one package.

Thanks guys, I missed that standard SP mesh one on ebay. I wish I had noticed the grill was bent last week, the car has just had the cooling fan wiring loom fixed so they could have fitted it whilst they had the bumper off for that. Those Zunsport ones look amazing though:
