Have you reset the ECU after replacing the ICV?
Open the drivers window, remove key from ignition.
Open bonnet, close all other doors. Leave for 5-10 mins, disconnect battery (negative). Leave off for a min or 2.
Replace battery lead.
Reach in through drivers window (do not open any doors) and turn on the sidelights then dipped beam. Then back off. Then take the car for a 15 minute drive.

If you just cleaned the idle control valve it doesn't need the ECU resetting!
You could have damaged the MAP sensor but I'd try cleaning it first.
Can you add some punctuation and paragraphs to your first post? It's very difficult to read.

Did you put the lid on the throttle body properly? Did you remove any hoses to the TB?
