Hi have a 206 y reg that has done 72 k miles and has now decided to blow a spark plug out of the head has any 1 had a holli coil fitted to sort this problem if so how well is it holding many thanks

not had one fitted myself but apparently if done correctly they are basically just as strong as stock. But they are also difficult to fit correctly apparently so its not a DIY job if you dont know what your doing p.s watch this about helicoils, its funny www.youtube.com/watch?v=LCtXiwlQsiU " a component of EVERY U.S space shuttle"
