There is a torx bolt in it. Might be covered in dirt/grime. Undo it and lift out.

pop the covers off the two side bits then unscrew

Yeah im being an idiot, just found the torx screws under little covers around their edge. Thanks man

I call them love handles because they can be used for extra thrust when lets just say testing suspension
