hi all

whatoil would you use for a 180? different companies say different things.

i have been using 5w/40 fully synthetic

what is your opinions and why?

Castrol Edge 5W-40 is what i used to use.

focus st 3 with pro alloy intercooler, 3" mongoose down pipe, 200 cell sports cat and mongoose cat back, collins bov, dreamscience dsci cold air intake,focus rs injectors,focus rs oil cooler,dreamscience dsci tuneing platform mod X map,focus rs clutch & flywheel, rs fuel pump, polly bushes in wish bones rear axal and suspension white line front and rear arb, eibach pro street s suspension.

5w-40 would be ideal,

Motul 8100 X-cess 5w-40 - www.opieoils.co.uk/p-8...hetic.aspx

or

Fuchs Titan Supersyn 5w-40 - www.opieoils.co.uk/p-9...e-oil.aspx

these 2 oils are good quality full synthetic engine oils and good price. If you want even better oil, id go for the Gulf Competition 5w-40, Millers CFS 5w-40 or Fuchs Titan race Pro S 5w-40.

don't run competition oil or you will kill your cat.

Fuchs Titan Supersyn 5w-40, that's what I use in my 180, Opie did a good deal on 5L + Filter for like £29 or something when I got it.
