The EW7 tappets were a temporary fix for dodgy EW10 engines. The tappets Peugeot supply for the EW10 are ok now.
My car behaved exactly the same. After driving about 100 yards it would drive normally. When the weather was very cold it would be bad enough to put the ECU light on. When the throttle bodies and cams were fitted 16 genuine Peugeot hydraulic lifters were fitted and it ran fine. Not cheap but worth spending the money.

just a update put my new coil pack on and new super 4s and car seem alot better but after about a hour i went out 4 a drive and it was back to the same as be 4 i changed any think,
could some thing be f*****g up my coil pack if so what could it be thanks

No how to guide because it's not a do it yourself job unless you really know what your doing. Like I said I got quoted 7 hours and the guys had if over 2 days and had worked on engines for 40odd years.
I replaced the coil, plugs, map, ICV, oil, filter, exhaust, O2 sensor, paid various mechanics to look at the car and even tried pugeot before I paid for a full ECU/BSI diagnostic at a speciallist. It was then they told me they cannot find any fault and they concluded tappets to be the problem.
In short I was told it's probably tappets went ahead blindly hoping it wasn't because of the cost involved. Then after everything was replaced I had spent more replacing bits than it did in actually getting the work done
Don't want to see someone else chase there own a*se like I did, try getting the car into a proper dianostics place and get everything checked. It's an initial cost that may save you in the long run.
Or ignore it until it gets worse? It's irritating as hell but I only got it done after the car kept cutting down to 2 or 3 cylinders and was like it everytime I drove it.

BTW everytime I made a change I was 100% convinced it was better... until a few hours later and realised it really wasn't. Kind of the placebo effect in my case. There could be something buggering up your coilpack though, hopefully someone else will post with some useful info.

shouldn't charge you more than 2-3 hrs labour for doing the cam lifters

that was the next thing i was going to ask,
how long can i drive the car if it is the cam lifters (tappets) gone
would it mess anythink else up if i keep driving it
2, would it be better if i buy a engine and have it changed
3, is there a way i can find out that it is my tappets that are on there way out
cause like davels said i dont wont to keep wasting money on other things
