i have a new problem my drivrs seat rock backwards and forwards sort of on the base/frame. whilst i was hovering the car the other day i found like a sort of pin which to me looks like something that would hold the seat to the frame but im not sure where the bolt comes from

it has like a plastic ring that is tight and can come on or off of it
