will they cover up the paint peeling and the primer used to keep the rust away???

Well the wheel arch is bout 3 inches so if the rust/primer is anymore than this thrn no, if it is less then this yeh it will

sweet, there's no rust yet just catching it before any starts to arrive lol
its just on the inner and the very lip so sounds like it should cover it, thanks

If its just on the lip then yes it will but bare in mind that covering up a problem doesnt get rid of it
