who did you sell it to?
aahh i see why you got rid of the 180 now that looks smart is it a tommi?
what you done to the moonstone? standard? |
The Goodwood went to a guy from Scotland who drove down all the way with a mate to Southampton to collect it from me!! He's restoring it to totally mint condition. It was extremely clean while I had it but it needed stuff like the wheels refurbing.
The EVO is the hardcore RS2 trackday version, did away with stuff like the Anti Yaw Control, Climate control and various other bits from a normal EVO. Had thinner glass etc.. Was about 100 Kilo's or so lighter than a standard EVo. I had it mapped to 320Bhp for reliability and enough power to make it interesting!! |
its still here brain is the one that bought it from you im sure.
evo sounds a very nice bit of kit looks the part aswell do you do many track days in it.

Yeh thats right, it was Brian that had it off me.... If you know Brian he'll tell you about my 21 Turbo.. took him for a spin in that whilehe was down.
I never did a trackday in the EVO which was a shame. I'd spent a fair bit on her and it looked like I was going to have to replace the suspension as well (very expensive) so sold it on. Replaced her with a TVR

Here we go...Pic taken today of my new 206. Its totally standard at the moment, if anything all I'll really add is the SP pack. I have no idea how long I'll be keeping this one for so may not do too much...

lol. You'll probably get bored of it after having already owned the gti 180. Moonstone blue is a nice colour though

I think the 138 is more fun, i had the 180 for a week and didn't like it, felt less responsive, less torquey lower down and didn't like it how to get the most you had to rev it fairly high, but lets not have the old 138 vs 180 argument! Just an opinion!
