IV got LED numberplate bulbs fitted, been fitted for about 2 months and now ones blown and the other is flickering, i know this is common in LED's, but whats the solution, do I need to buy LED's with resistors built in or anything? also, are these any good/or will they fit? thanks

The ones you have linked are useless, the solder on them brakes and thats what courses the flickering or even fail.
Dont get cheap ones is the answer
