My washers were hardly working on Monday. Thought reservoir must be low so topped up, and now rear washer is working fine, drivers side front barely gives enough water to reach the screen and passenger side gives nothing!

Took sound proofing panel off inside of bonnet today, and difficult to see what is going on as the washer tubes are black, not clear as I expected, but there is no sign of a leak on any if the joints. Pump is working fine as it reaches the rear screen OK. Any suggestions what to try next please?

The hose could possibly be trapoed or bloked. Or the washer jets could be blocked. Have u tried clearing thm with a needle

I've got the mist type jets, not the older nozzle ones, so not sure about sticking a needle in them?

Try taking the washer jets off then trying the washers again if water comes out of the pipe its the jets that need changing Smile

Lining underside of the bonnet there is a thick soundproof panel. Mines a 2.0HDi, so I assume its standard on a diesel.

There is the correct description. Not much point in soundproofing the engine really.

I took off the jets and detached all the hoses and left them sitting in a little tub of hot water and bleach for a while and then squeezed the hoses, you wouldn't believe the s**t that came out! Put it all back together and it worked a treat!! 15 min job!

if your phase two nozzles are blocked remove the pipe on the back and blast some compressed air down them if you can as it'll force the crap out the back, even a jet of water will remove the dirt
