my car constantly sits at 95, its goes a little bit below or above on long journeys but most of the time its 95.
Although when I start my car from cold, it sits at about 80 as soon as I start the car.

my stop light and high speed fan would be on at 95
if you can\'t fix it with a hammer your problem\'s electrical

as i said car does not overheat and also does not pressurise the system.Problem is electrical as no car can go from normal to overheating and return to normal in 20 seconds but thanks for your reply anyway .Also system has been bled using a header tank
