through the flap in front of your offside wheel, or take the whole lower panel off (2 x screws, dead easy to get to)

no need to jack really but you can do for space, I had a hole in my washer bottle, just filled it over with window sealant and a bit of rubber!

do you think it's the bottle reservoir itself that's leaking?
check the O ring on the neck filler hasn't split.

easiest way to tell if it's the O ring is to fill the tank to the brim - if water instantly runs away and the tank stays full below the joint (about 9" down the filler) then there's your problem.
takes a couple of minutes and no tools required.
