Should be able to remove the B pillar vinyl on any 206

Pull the vinyl off from behind the door to be sure its painted first, but they will 100% NOT be made of plastic, i can assure you of that! Laughing

you can either spray them, clean and use back to black, use peanut butter or heat gun them. Search on youtube for the heat gun method Wink
