Question is why?
Not the normal 206 GTI manifold rattle problem is it?

Yes it's the usual problem of the rattle. It looks identical from the top end. My pal has one down his breakers yard.

take it off and get the four branches inside welded together, did this 4 years ago on wifes 2l cc and not a rattle since

Cheers mate is that for definate as I will have to get my manifold tack welded to stop the pipes rattling.

That is the offical Peugeot fix while the car was still under manufacturers warranty
Tack weld the 4 pipes together & also tack them to the outer pipe as well.
