My car (1.4 hdi) has become very hard to start the last few days. Is there any known problems with the model?

is it tuning over quite a few times before it starts? glowplugs?

glow plug is not needed when hotter than 0 oC

Battery is fine, she's turning over ok. Engine management light is on

Everyone always says you dont need glowplugs when it warm. My car wouldn't start for ages. Found out it was the glowplug relay. Starts great now. So yes you still need glowplugs to start . Even if it is warm
