Hi would like some advise as on tick over my 206 pulses any idea what this could be? Also very rarely my engine management light comes on and puts the car in limp mode then goes off a second later and then the car runs fine , are these problems connected or seperate ones , any ideas on how to fix these problems  thank you

Have you had the codes read? That's always a good starting place if the EML is coming on.

2003 and 1.1 and not sure its got the radio stalk tho and no I know I just Havnt had a computer from my mate yet  just seeing what you guys think

Have a search for "idle control valve" and see if what you find helps solve your problem.
