2 problems need help with

Have 2 problems i'd like some help with, the first issue i have is a knocking noise from front left wheel when putting steering on full left lock, driving is fine a well as turning the wheels slightly or on full right lock

other issue is i've noticed when I go to work and approach the car park i have to turn right into it and if at speed and turn the steering sharply the dashboard warning and stop lights come on for about 2 seconds but engine never cuts out

The first one.... my old car was doing this on both sides on fully lock and it was really quite loud. Turned out i needed new steering racks. Dont know if this is the same problem as i was losing power steering fluid very quickly.
