Hi folks.
Just a quick 1, but are there many owners of the above car on here???
I am the owner of a 99 V Storm Grey GTi 138 and i must say i havn't seen much, if any, in that colour so im thinking its possibly a rare-ish car.
It was the colour that sold it for me tbh.

It's Mercury Grey IIRC.
They aren't very common - I broke one up for parts a long time ago!

Its definetly Storm Grey.Has it on the owners manual, and the local paint suppliers matched the paint up as Storm Grey with a prefect colour match.

Mercury Grey is a facelift colour and is more of a bluey grey.Local scrappies has 1 in which i got the P2 boot strip off and its a different colour.So had to get a spray can made up which confirmed it as Storm Grey.

Not sure on the paint code as i couldn't find it on the car (iirc its supposed to be on the pillar inside the drivers door).
Fife Auto Paints matched it up with the paint cards.

tbh i dont think its one of the nicest colours for modding etc so probably wont find many on here with it.
i think puggy206 has one. looks like in their avatar but cant be sure.
