Hi all
what is the easiest way to remove the drive shaft to change outer cv boot this is the way i am guessing just by looking
undone track rod end bolt
take brake caliper off tie out of the way
undone the suspeion bolt
take split pin out undone hub nut
knock the hub down to get the suspenion arm out of it then pull drive shaft out of gearbox plugging the hole with some paper
finally remove out of hub

You don't need to take the hub from the strut and you don't need to remove the shaft from the gearbox. You can pull the hub far enough out to get the shaft out. Then take off the inner boot and remove from the rest of the shaft. You don't have to make a mess then and its easier than getting the whole shaft out.
Someone best confirm this as its a 180 but you should be able to do it that way.

I thought there was kits that meant you didn't have to remove anything. Just cut off the old one & slip the new one on & seal it.

remove wheel
undo lower arm bolt and remove ball joint from hub
undo centre nut and tap out shaft with copper mallet
replace boot
the shaft should come out without having to remove anything else
