Just go spend £12 at any Peugeot / Citroen dealer for the downpipe fitting kit.

Push it up through the hole.
The Peugeot / Citroen fitting kit has all the new bolts, washers, nuts, springs you need.

Knock it out they fit in from the top of the manifold
Go buy the fixing kit first to see what your dealing with.

Just take it to a fast fit place then, they will have fixed thousands of these over the years, Peugeot / Citroen has been using this set up for 25+ years that I know of.

knock out if its the splined fit stud. Relatively easy compared to a threaded stud. once its out just put a bolt through til you can get the correct fittings.
