i have a 1999 black gti that has done 71000 how much could i look to get when sold, unfortunaly it has to go because 2nd child on way and cant afford to run 2 cars ne more.

Depends on condition, service history mot tax etc loads of factors so hard to say by your small description

£1000 max seen 02 plates sell for around a grand. Ive had 3 gti's 2x 99 plates and a 2000 plate got them alk for less than a grand

its got 1 month of each left, full service history, recent new belts and water pump and rad.

Tbh you would be better of keeping it ! Altho it seems a good idea to get rid but you could sell it and buy a car say at a grand and have loads of problems with it and fOrk out more dosh.
Gti's really don't sell for much Iv seen them go for 600 to 800 before,
What car was you looking to replace it with ?
