ok my car went to peugeot to have a new temp sensor which went then they topped up antifreeze and it still goes down .
Any ideas why antifreeze would go down in a new car , cant be any leaks as its brand new and has always gone down noticed it in first few weeks.

Normally if your using coolant then you have to be losing coolant from somewhere.
You say the car is new ...so maybe there was a small airlock somewhere that has now cleared itself.
Just keep your eye on it. If it continues using it then you must have a slight leak from somewhere.

Cap should be tight.
I wouldn't worry about it, give the car to the dealer and tell them to worry about it whilst you thrash one of their loan cars around whilst they sort it out under warranty.
