Hi all, i was driving yesterday, reached 70mph plus a bit lol and then my car just seemed to judder, like i was in the red rev range. but i was in 5th gear. I pulled over shortly after in a layby, and checked engine, nothing obvious. I then tried pulling back onto the dual carriageway off the layby, and this was a complete fail as i had hardly any power haha. however, I had to carry on with hardly any power still, struggling to get up hills, then i stopped for about an hour, turned engine off and everything, came back out and it was all sorted, anyone got any ideas why?
My engine management light is permanantly on at the mo, due to lambda sensor has gone. But when the car juddered, the engine management light started flashing, then was solid, and each time i got close to 3.5k revs, would start flashing again for a bit.
Thanks

Hmmm, start by replacing the lambda probe AND the cat, clear the engine management light, while you're there read off any other fault codes and see how it goes.
