Push and pull the shocks through their full extent of their length about 10 times. If they need it, these instructions normally come on a little slip of paper or pamphlet included with them. Have a good look through the packaging.

They diddnt come in any packaging mate as the person who i bought from took then out and then decided to sell but diddnt have original packaging
So what you recommend? Taking off and testing them?

Yeah so taking off and fully extending and closing
Just hope thats all after reading what some other members have wrote lol
Any tips for initialising them? Pull and push? Lol

Might be too late, and in any case Raceland have a reputation as a poor brand, so they may be too soft anyway even if fully working. Or it could be simply that you have the car lowered too much, or inappropriate wheels/tyres fitted.
Worth a try though, given it costs £0?

Upon inspection the shocks i installed are taking far too long to extend back out meaning they have had it, only installed them new not long ago though.....
New shocks and going to higher the car slightly i think
