What's the problem with the tyres, were they slicks or just not approved for the road; or are the insurance company saying they're not covering it due to policy not set up properly, or another reason (mods not declared, for example)?

police have just been on the phone saying car can be released tomorrow, so at the moment thats something to look forward to.. i need £over a k so lets see,. just spent £1050 on cage supply fitment..
if car comes back pics will be added ...

those kumho C03 and TW02 are not road legal tyre. they are not e-marked.
they are only DOT approved tyre.
