Would these coilovers Enable me to not have to adjust the torsion bars because they aren't moving at all mine with all the crap soaked in and rust?

Once it's done once it's a lot easier to do again. Pay someone to do it, which will free it up, then do it yourself after if you need to. Costs like £50. That's cheaper then the collies you just linked us to

once its been done it will be fairly simple to do it again as long as everything goes ok, but i managed do it my self on axel stands and a few jacks, oh yea the main component , a bluddy massive hammer
