i think Ed is telling you, you dont need polybushes as there is no advantage to using them over OE arb bushes.

thing is, if you want them, get them Wink

had my fair share of cars..fed up spending loadsa dough then getting rid (bored)

just want everything done on this and then start some modding...just ordered front bilsyeins from the bay...ready to order the rear shortly...also got lemforder drop links from ecp...that leaves me needing wish-bones and whatever bushes i am needing for front/rear

how do i find out the part number for the hose from the expansion tank to the heater matrix (hose that splits into 2) ?

They are £32 from the dealer. Part number is 6464XN for the type that slides onto the coolant reservoir and is held in place with a clip. You can have mine delivered for £20. It spent about a month on the car...a car that didn't even get used much at all in that time. Therefore it's still in brand new condition.
