The first of my problems is that for some reason my car is losing water, I would like to add that water is only lost from the expansion tank when I am actually moving while if I am at a stop or the car is just sitting there not turned on no water is visibly being lost.
Any ideas?
The second problem is that underneath the headlight you have a bit of plastic which I believe is underneath the front badge, quite thing and goes from headlight to headlight, how much will one of these cost to replace does anyone know?

Just because the car is only loosing water when driving does not mean that you dont have a traditional leak, when the engine is running the system is under pressure and coolant can be forced out the ends of pipes etc. Check for signs of coolant crystals that have dried around the pipes, this will indicate where the leak is.
If the system doesnt have a leak, coolant could be entering the engine via a cracked head gasket and being evaporated, check the engine oil filler cap/dipstick for evidence of yellow coloured mayo (it is created when water mixes with oil). Also check your expansion tank for evidence of oil. And check your exhaust for steam when the car has FULLY warmed up (steam when an engine is cold is normal at this time of year).
The grill you describe is easily replaced and are frequently for sale on here for about £30-70. It includes the badge section (although this can be unscrewed from it). Many people replace the standard grill for an aftermarket badgeless one which means that there are plenty of original Peugeot ones for sale. Getting it from a Peugeot Dealership will be far more expensive as it needs to be painted etc. Its better if you can find a second hand one that is already painted in the same colour as the car.

I have already done the checks for the traditional oily water etc and there is nothing, which leads me to believe could I have a loose radiator pipe?
Thanks about the front grille bit a pheasent ran into the front of it.
Caused a big old crack in the front just above the black bit and below the headlight, bloody thing.

This bit I have a crack in the front of, what is this bit called the 'proper' name?
Just the front grill?
Also will any make of 206 fit it?

Yes it will. You might need to go to a pug dealer and ask for the clips. They are a few pence each.

Run the engine while you look under the bonnet. More the pin on the accelerator cable up a notch to make it idle at a higher RPM while you look around. It could be leaking from the expansion tank if you have the clip missing on the pipe, It could be leaking from the radiator pipes or the radiator itself if it has rusted through. Look under the car to see where the drips are coming from.

Try looking at the left hand side radiator hose (as you are lying under the car) passenger side, mine leaks from there.
