Warning lights or the illumination?
Not something stupid like moved the dimmer wheel setting down by accident?

Yes.
Any Peugeot / Citroen main dealer parts dept OR local motor factors.
Even Halfords will sell them.

Take a bulb out and look very closely at the filament inside the bulb, you may be able to spot whether or not it has blown. Change one bulb and see if it works. Its unusual for several bulbs to go at the same time but you never know, these things do happen sometimes.

But if someone doesn't know what they're doing, they probably just kept putting it off.
Just change all the bulbs. I had to do this recently with my x-reg, it's fairly easy, but I found leaving 2 different brands of bulbs in, also some being old, some new, it left an uneven brightness across the dials.
Get hold of a pug dealer as said before, not sure on the price but if these are cheaper, get these, they worked fine for me, you just need to re-use your bulb holders
