Hi there people Smile

I want to change my wiper blades but have the normal standard blades and was considering changing to aero blades. I have tried a set of Valeo blades before on my car and they were terrible; juddering all over the place! Lol

Would you keep the standard blades or upgrade to aero blades? If I were to upgrade to aero blades, what are the best make?

Thank you so much Smile

This has been covered hundreds of times before so a search would of found your answer.

But as said Bosch Aero 21/21 will be the ones to go for.

I've had aeros on mine for around a year, got them from ebay and they are really good, they weren't expensive. I noticed a big difference during the winter where normal wipers freeze up and don't cover the screen cause of rigid hinges these don't have the same problem and yes they do look better. I will be renewing them soon though as the weather gets worse, nothing worse than a streaky screen with old rattly wipers.
Have a nice day!

sorry to resurect an old thread, i have aero wipers on my car, everywhere suggests 22/22, but i have noticed my drivers side keeps hitting the front window seal at the side, so will a 21/21 stop this. car is in signature, its a HDi GTi 54 plate.

Don't bother with rain-x .. it scrapes off in stripes then you have to clean screen with a heavy-duty, mildly abrasive cleaner to get the rest off.

Used it for week then chucked it in the bin.

Better to have good wipers!

Haven't tried Bosch on the 206, but had them on the Alfa for years .. 21/21 as Lee says. Clio has Valeo's I think. They've been on for about 4 years, still working well but don't look as good. wiperblades.co.uk might do a discount for us .... otherwise try a google search and it might throw up another discount code (I think I used a Scooby one once Wink )

Down to just the 1.4 HDi. Cayman Green 2.0i CC sold.

Rain-X is pretty good, you need to have a really clean windscreen before applying it though,it's also a good idea to give your wipers a clean too

Yes I own a CC and I'm neither gay or a hairdresser!!
