Like they say they just pull off. You need to take out the rear bench to get best access. I just took out the bottom bit of the seat.
Also I think the seatbelt is bolted through the card so check that bit too

Undo rear sear belt bolt at the bottom, put fingers through hole where front seat belt goes through and pull. That should release most of the front edge, then a bit more fiddling at the back (moving seat around as need).
Had it off 6 months when fitting sub for daughter - she's just come home in tears after clipping a bollard - been out released the front edge of the trim and reached in and popped some of the damage back out, crease left on the upper part though and scratches on the leading edge of the arch. Wing was quite wobbly there if you caught in in the right light anyway (previous owners poorly done accident repairs). Will have to do my best to tidy up at the weekend. With good access to both side I hope I can "improve" the crease sufficiently, not sure how well I'll be able to blow the scratches in with an aeresol, but it is one of the places that gets dirty quickly!!

Thanks for all the info, I'll have a go tomorrow
Steve, hope you get your problem sorted, might be best to ask your mates if they know someone who works in a bodyshop, I'd want to get paint on there as soon as
I'd never damage anyones car, but if I see him again I'd like to see what he would say without his mommy to stand behind.
