Battery?
Bosch spark plugs?
ICV?
Coil pack?
Injector?

The exact same thing happens with my 206 (1.4, 2003) and also when it's very cold. I'll be reversing down the drive, usually my foot completely down on the clutch and just braking slightly and it just stalls/loses power. Starts up again and drives away fine. I know nothing about cars but would also appreciate any advice!

Same probably. On cold days just let it tick over for five mins or so befor u go to drive it seems to be fine after that.
