To be fair if having a second car was feasible that's what I would probably do. Probably the main question I was asking myself is whether I could hack one as a daily, plenty of people do, and if it came to it I could get my push bike out to get to work.
The main issues seem to be poor heating and no windscreen demister vents, meaning on cold days you need a scraper and demister pad at the ready . Opening the quarter light apparently helps with your breathing misting up the windscreen but the downside is you're letting cold air in lol, so warm clothes, scarf, gloves etc may be needed

Haha, had mine on aaaages now, all part of the furniture. I kinda forget it's there, it seems normal to me for it to be there although I've no doubt other people find it amusing.... all part of the fun though, the car in general provokes a range of reactions from people!

Cheers Uz! I'm sure I did once say I would show you the Lupo and I still haven't, so yeah maybe we should meet up. Got the SW finished yet?!
Updates:
- curbed a wheel.
- put a new airfreshener in.
Think that's it really
I did almost lose my front towing eye cover when I popped it off for the first time, absolutely battered the front bumper off the road, worst one so far, misjudged the change in road camber slightly. A kind gentleman passing by picked up the cover and handed it back to me through the window.

Oooops think I forgot that I'd posted those pictures so only just seen the replies, sorry.
Uz, yeah mate on the way to UD , was a good show! I was on the verge of ordering a Janspeed cat-back exhaust, then my mate asked me if I fancied going to Ibiza, which means no money for mods for a few months or so!
Andrew, I was joking mate, haha. I don't live at Himley Hall

Lowered it more yesterday, just to see how it would look, then raised it back up to how it was before. It was almost undriveable, as I don't have a chassis notch or rolled arches! Looked awesome though
Coming off the driveway.... *scrape*...

Me too mate, had plenty of thoughts of selling as per usual, but right now I'm back in love with it, had it 3 years now and it's seriously hard to part with
I've got some FK rear springs on the way, they go lower apparently. As it stands it's very slightly nose down, so I can fine tune it with the new springs hopefully. Also want to book it in to get the rear arches rolled. Also STILL need to get that notch done yeah! If nothing else, the arch rolling and notch will make it less cringeworthy driving it day to day, no more knocks and rubbing, and of course it gives me the option to go lower.... as low as I dare anyway!
