Alewa, there's a how-to guide in the how-to section about how to spray up.

Bit of an update...

Spent the last few days working on the interior as you can already see...and it continued with spraying the interior parts up.

Pillar covers...

Grab Handles...

Remaining parts...

...all complete.

Pillar covers both the A & B Pillars fitted...

Let me know what you think Smile

Removed it all as the suede was rubbish and started flaking off. So instead of redoing it, I just stripped it all down and sprayed them up. Less hassle and time taken to do.

Nearly finished now. Going to get the last coat on it tomorrow, working on mainly the lighter areas around the back of the Rooflining as these for some reason have come out lighter than the rest even though I've been applying evenly. Once it's on and touch dried, I'll get it bak into the car, fingers crossed it'll be after work tomorrow and that'll be another piece to the puzzle complete.

Let me know what you think Smile

Well the roof got finished off this morning...

So got home from work and set about getting it in. Hour later, we had this...

All the satin black fixings were fitted as well. Also before I forget I got the sun visors sprayed up as well.

But that's another thing done now, thankfully. Let me know what you think guys and girls.

Next up...I've got to work out how I'm gunna spray up the fabric in the load cover and get the plastic case sprayed up in Satin Black.

Not really much of an update but nevertheless...

Started on the load cover. It stood out like a sore thumb with everything else being black in one form or another. So...started on it the other day, and after the first coat of the stuff I was using.

Had another 2 cans arrive today so got about finishing it. Took a can to complete and the finished the finished product...

Also started on getting the front seats in...

Drivers seat went in without a problem. Just passengers seat tomorrow. Will be installing the speaker wiring tomorow as well and also deciding on what I want to do with the doorcards, as I don't think the light grey doorcards and glovebox door will tie in with the rest of the interior. Possibly order up some black/dark anthracite grey suede.

Thanks bud. Sort of thing I was looking to do with the whole black interior/roof...bring it up to date and not have it in a timewarp with the white roofs etc.

What did you use for the pillars/roof mate? Really smart and to someone not in the know completely original looking. Verry classy!

Thanks Jay. I used a canned fabric dye to do the load cover and roof lining and then used satin black halfords paint and grey plastic primer to do all the pillar covers, roof handles, sunvisors etc. Plenty of layers on both to get the finish that I got.

Job for today will include trying to get all the sanding dust and polishing dust out of the dash board grains. This should be great fun.

I've ordered a new rear view mirror with a 7" lcd monitor built into it and also a 170 degree led light reversing camera which will be hooked upto the rear view. Also currently looking at In Car Computers with the addition of a 7" touch screen above the existing monitor.
