I remember that car - it's seriously impressive Cool It just show's what is possible with time and money! Very Happy 471bhp...do you really need the extra 30bhp to hit 500? Probably not!

@ brian

I think the 30hp extra to hit 500hp is just to show what's possible, but it's still way to much power for a front driven car.

@ henry

I'm trying to get some of our club cars to some shows in England this year. So will see!;)

I have a money tree in my back yard! Razz

AWD would be awsome, tbut quit hard to built with and also really realy expensive to build. Luckly the VEMS standalone ecu has traction control and boost control there for we can manage the boost in 1st en 2nd gear to optimize launch en avoid wheel spin.

The whole plan for this year is to set the car up to 300bhp on regular fuel. when this is done i will start testing with different suspension and brake settings. Next year the engine will be upgraded with forged pistons and conrods and a second e85 fuel map will be added to the ecu to switch to, this will increase the power of the car to a safe and bullitproof 380bhp. The car will also lose some weight by fitting lexan windows and a light weight fiberglass trunk. The reslut will be a 1: 2,36 power to weight ratio . Then the car will be ready to compeet in the dutch time attack series, but first things first and get the engine running! Laughing

@ army-joe
The strutbrace is for sale on ebay, costs about 35 pounds
